This flour makes incredible pizza curst. I use the Pizza Bible for the recipes and have tried several of the other recommended flours. This is the best that I have tried.
I love making homemade pizza, but couldn't get the crust as good as the restaurants. All-purpose flour is okay but involves a lot of tricks and the dough tears too easily. Bread flour is better and I get a crust that resembles bread. But this flour... the dough is nice and stretchy and the crust is among the best I've ever had! The only drawback was the shipping cost more than the flour. Still worth it for me! If you you like thin or thick or somewhere in between, this is the answer. Can't wait to try it on cinnamon rolls.
