These single servings of frozen yogurt and berries sauce are absolutely delicious. However, i would recommend mixing the sauce with the frozen yogurt as it is a bit on the sweet side. Other than that it is a light and tasty dessert that comes in a lovely, high quality 5 oz dessert glass.
