We do not accept third-party billing. All shipping must be paid thru Megan's Desserts.
Megans Desserts ships anywhere in the United States. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays. We work with multiple carriers to offer you different shipping options. FedEx is our preferred carrier, but you may also choose USPS (US Mail US only).
All orders shipped by Megans Desserts will have tracking information, the tracking number you receive from us in an Order Status email during the daytime may not be updated on the carriers website until that evening.
Shipping Costs are based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s). The shipping calculator is available in the Shopping Cart so that you can review and select the shipping costs and methods for your full order before you check out. If you select a different shipping method during checkout your actual shipping cost may be higher. All available shipping options for your order will be display at this time. Select products qualify for free shipping, and will not be included in the displayed shipping costs.
Additionally allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.
FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box, APO or FPO address. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from FedEx.
US Postal Service - USPS (US only) USPS Shipping Destinations: US Customers only Any residential address Your place of business P.O. Box and APO address. US territories and possessions Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up.
Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, the carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. The Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.
Please note that the purchaser is responsible for submitting the correct shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, Megan’s Desserts cannot be responsible for replacing the product. The purchaser is also responsible for making sure that the shipping address entered is a secure address. We cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen packages, nor can we interact with the shipping company to locate your lost package, if the tracking information says it was delivered to the shipping address. If the shipping company shows the packaged as having been delivered, then we will assume that it was delivered and that something must have happened to the package at its destination.
If a package comes back to us as "undeliverable" or as "insufficient" or "wrong address," the purchaser will be charged for shipping the package to its proper destination (even if the order originally warranted free or reduced shipping). Or, Megan’s Desserts may at our discretion issue a refund for that purchase, minus the initial cost of our shipping the goods to you.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Megans Desserts does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Pomona, California. If you receive an email from us on a Sunday or Legal Holiday indicating that your order has shipped, please be aware that it will ship the next business day.
