I have tried so many bread improvers in the past 5 years until I found this. I would not make my breads without it ever. Breads are bigger, inside stays softer longer. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to bake any type of artisan breads.

I’ve purchased this before and when I was out I tried other dough enhancers (big mistake) I never use sugar in my dough and this helps the dough rise, get a nice color and a crunchy crust. I will never walk away from this dough enhancer again!!!

I’ve used your dough improver for 1+ years. It assists in a nice crumb and a longer shelf life. I have tried other brands and found them to be inferior to your product.

Good product, fast shipping thanks
We love using this enhancer on our bread. We use a different measurement that works best for us, but we get such great compliments from our customers. We would definitely continue to use this.
