For years now I have used Kyrol from Megan's Desserts for my high-protein flour needs. Specifically, I use 100% Kyrol for bagels and for pizza. It makes perfect bagels, and a pizza crust that has drawn raves from family and friends.
Every time I have ordered it, it has arrived perfectly packaged and in pristine condition. Order fulfillment and shipping are always super-quick, a nice feature when I forget to reorder and need it on short notice. I have never received a bag with a rip or a tear. I have never received a bag that broke open during shipping. And I have never received a bag with any contaminants/insects in it. It is pristine and intact every single time. I am obviously a huge fan. I would give it 6 stars if I could.
